We are committed to giving you the best possible service.

    • You will be treated as an individual and with respect. We expect that you will treat all our staff in the same way. We will treat you as a partner in your care and you can expect a clear explanation of what we are doing for you.

    • Access: Information on surgery hours is in this leaflet together with advice on accessing urgent medical advice outside those hours.

    • Confidentiality: All practice staff are bound to keep the contents of your medical records confidential. No information about you will be given to anyone without your permission, unless we are required to do so by law. We can give you access to your health records, subject to the provisions of the law.

    • Complaints and suggestions: We welcome your views on our service. We strive to provide a high quality service but if you have a complaint, please contact the Practice Manager who will be able to give you information about our complaints policy.

    • Parental responsibility for separated parents.  We have a leaflet displayed in Reception outlining our policy.
