TELEPHONE LINES ISSUES AND UPDATES

Our phone lines are now working. I apologise for any inconvenience caused over the past 2 day
Despite the engineer being onsite until 10 pm last night, unfortunately our telephone lines are still down.
The engineer will be back on site first thing this morning to continue to rectify this problem.
Please continue to book your appointments online or come down to the surgery and we would run a walk in GP session today.

We do apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience with this issue.
We have had a hardware failure on our telephone system.
A new server has been ordered and will arrive at 7.30 pm.
Hopefully the telephone system will be restored for 12 / 09 / 2017 .
I will do another update once the server has been installed.
YOU CAN CONTINUE TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS AND TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS ON LINE as this function is fully operational .
Our telephone line server stopped functioning on Friday night and we have not been able to get it to work .
We hope to get this issue sorted first thing on Monday morning at 9 am the time that the telephone company has given us to look into the matter.
The impact for you is that there is no out of hours cover instructions during the weekend ( 9 – 10 / 09/2017 ) and you will not be able to access the practice via telephone on Monday 11/09/2017 ) morning at 8 am .
