SLP CAMHS crisis line

If you are a child or young person, or a parent or carer concerned about a young person’s mental health, you can contact the SLP CAMHS Crisis Line on 020 3228 5980 between 5pm and 11pm Monday to Friday, or between 9am and 11pm on Saturdays and Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Stem4

Stem4 is a charity that promotes positive mental health in teenagers and those who support them including their families and carers, education professionals, as well as school nurses and GPs through the provision of mental health education, resilience strategies and early intervention. This is primarily provided digitally through pioneering mental health apps, clinically-informed website and mental health conferences that contribute to helping young people and those around them flourish. The apps include: Calm Harm, Clear Fear, Move Mood, Combined Minds.

South West London Support Line

Tel: 0800 028 8000 – 24 hours a day, seven days a week

The support line is run by expert clinicians from South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust and is open to children, young people, adults and professionals.

Anna Freud

The Anna Freud Centre has resources that offer advice and guidance to parents and carers of children and young people under 25 years old, who may be struggling with poor mental health.
